Package Details:

• This Package is sponsored and subsidized by PT Indonesia MOC Services (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan.
• Package includes accommodation for 4-days/ 3-nights in a 2 Bedroom Apartment Suite at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace for a maximum of 6 Guests (“Package”).
• A surcharge of US$75 (IDR 1 million) for 1 bedroom and $ 100 for 2 bedroom per night is applicable for stay on (21 December 2024 - 2 January 2025), (29 January - 1 February 2025), (26 March - 5 April 2025), (16 - 20 April 2025), (29 June - 11 July 2025), (21 December 2025 - 2 January 2026).
• Blackout dates (check-in & check-out not available) are - (28 - 30 March, 2025).
• Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club.

Qualification:

• This Package is designed for married couples with a joint annual income in excess of USD 75,000, both aged between 25 – 65 years of age.
• Attendance at a sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package.
• The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the package visit except that such presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure and is subject to the sales presentation slot availability.
• It is a condition of the Package that married couples attend the presentation together.
• If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which will be specified in the “Pricing” section hereafter.

Pricing:

• The Package price is IDR 5,900,000 (USD 373) for a 4 days/ 3 nights Package and all the applicable fees will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah.
• The full retail cost of the Package is up to IDR 19,510,800 (USD 1200) per package and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice.
• The purchase of this Package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points unless otherwise specified.

Expiry Date:

• This offer expires on 31 January, 2025 and is subject to availability.
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

Restrictions:

• This Package is limited to one per household.
• Group purchases or travel are not permitted.
• A major credit card is required for check in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges.
• This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package.
• Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via the hotel website at best available rate.
• Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are your sole responsibility.
• Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable.
• Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once.
• A flat IDR 5,57,940 (USD 35) reschedule fee applies.
• Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one (01) night’s accommodation (up to IDR 6,503,600) (USD 400).
• This Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or existing Marriott Vacation Club package or presentation appointment.
• This Package is not available to employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members and guests that have attended another Marriott Vacation Club tour and sales presentation within the last 12 months.
• MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time.
• Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of the offer.
• This programme is void where prohibited by law.
